Liontree Hr Consultants in Mumbai (Dadar) is seeking an energetic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful joining.

You will source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases, screen for fit, and drive the process through to onboarding, including salary discussions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in BFSI recruitment is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
• Screen and shortlist based on skills, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and handle hiring requirements for our BFSI clients.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring successful candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the interview process.
• Manage and coordinate candidate documentation, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Drive candidates through the complete recruitment cycle until successful joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the recruitment tracker.
