Job summary

Artech L.L.C. in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Recruitment Sourcing Specialist with deep expertise in functional hiring within the BFSI domain.

The role focuses on sourcing for Finance, Audit, Risk, Legal, and Operations roles in the Indian market, using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels. You will build pipelines, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, engage candidates, discuss compensation, and help improve sourcing metrics while supporting diversity initiatives and maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience in BFSI.
• Functional hiring experience in Finance, Audit, Risk, Legal, or Operations.
• Proficient in LinkedIn and Naukri sourcing.
• Experienced with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sourcing activities using LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and talent needs.
• Engage candidates, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Discuss compensation expectations and support offer closures.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on talent availability and industry trends.
• Track sourcing metrics, including time to fill, quality of hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
• Support diversity hiring initiatives and follow recruitment processes and policies.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and improve sourcing efficiency.
