You will source via portals, referrals, social media and walk-ins, coordinate interviews, track metrics, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs in the BFSI domain.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result oriented Bulk Recruiter-BFSI with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling high-volume recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and experience in closing positions within defined turnaround times (TAT). The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting bulk hiring targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple positions across various departments and locations.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, walk-ins and other recruitment channels.
• Handle high-volume hiring drives and ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
• Organize walk-in interviews, recruitment drives and mass hiring campaigns.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
• Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing, source mix, interview conversion, offer acceptance, joining ratios and hiring TAT.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work closely with HR and business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bulk hiring, mass recruitment, or volume based talent acquisition preferably from Finance & Banking domain. Lateral & IT hiring experience not preferred.
• Proven experience in handling high-volume recruitment targets and multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals and candidate screening.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines.
• Good coordination, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
