Job summary

CPA-DMV is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter in Delhi to lead full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill tech roles. You will partner with engineering leadership to shape hiring strategies and drive candidate assessments from sourcing through offers.

You will build pipelines for software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI/ML, and product roles while leveraging ATS platforms to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill metrics.
