Qualifications

• 2-8 years of IT recruitment experience.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Negotiate salary, benefits, and employment terms with selected candidates.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
• Generate and share recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and recruitment status updates with stakeholders.

Education

• Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Data Engineering and Analytics
• DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering
• Cybersecurity

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for niche technology skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.
• Certification in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment is a plus.
