CPA‑DMV is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in hiring technical talent and partnering with leadership to shape hiring strategy.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting across software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, DevOps,AI/ML, and product roles, building pipelines and guiding hiring managers through market insights.

Responsibilities

• Managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.

• Partnering with engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Conducting technical screening interviews and assessing candidate fit.
• Developing sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and networking events.
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Tracking recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
• Advising hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices.
• Supporting employer branding and diversity recruiting initiatives.
