Job summary

Edureka in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will source, screen, negotiate offers, and onboard hires while partnering with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Naukai, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and hiring processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with business stakeholders and hiring managers to define job specifications.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, databases, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening, candidate assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
• Manage multiple positions simultaneously while ensuring quality, turnaround time, and hiring targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, counter-offers, and offer-to-join conversion.
• Coordinate with HR/Business teams for smooth pre-joining and onboarding processes.
• Support employer branding, recruitment drives, campus hiring, and other talent acquisition initiatives when required.
• Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and effective sourcing strategies.
