Job summary

Rytzu Saas Technologies in Chennai is seeking an HR Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience to drive end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles across our SaaS scale-up. This role requires strong sourcing, interview coordination, ATS management, and a focus on candidate experience; you will partner with hiring managers, support campus hiring, and help build a robust talent pipeline.

Candidates should have a related degree and excellent communication and negotiation skills to navigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or technology companies.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
• Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.
