Job summary

LiteBreeze AB is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across IT and Non-IT roles in a hybrid setup in India. The role requires strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills, plus sound negotiation abilities and hands-on ATS experience.

You will work with department managers to understand role requirements, source candidates via major portals, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate offers and onboarding while maintaining data in the ATS.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Ability to source, screen, interview and negotiate offers.
• Familiarity with ATS and job portals; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills, sound recruitment judgement, excellent negotiation abilities and hands-on experience with ATS platforms and job portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Work closely with department managers to understand role requirements and shape hiring strategy.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct structured candidate interviews to assess suitability, expectations and availability.
• Handle hiring across both IT and Non-IT roles, spanning multiple departments.
• Manage salary and offer discussions within approved ranges and support successful offer closure.
• Ensure timely candidate follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS
• Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to the relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Support other recruitment and related organisational tasks when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant recruitment experience. Proven track record in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate suitability.
• Ability to understand technical role requirements and evaluate the relevance of a candidate’s experience.
• Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Strong ownership, organisation, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Flexibility to take on related responsibilities based on organisational requirements.
• Willingness to follow a hybrid work model with 10 mandatory office days per month.
