Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good candidate follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Handle salary negotiation, offer coordination, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS.
• Work closely with department heads to understand and close open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
