Job summary

GDX Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to define job specs and candidate profiles.

The ideal candidate holds a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or related field and has strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with hands-on sourcing experience on platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn. Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work with hiring managers to define job specifications and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment tracker, candidate database and MIS reports.
• Handle salary discussions, offers, and joining formalities.
• Close positions within defined TATs and targets.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely feedback and closure.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research as needed.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker, candidate database, and MIS reports.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Ensure positions are closed within defined TATs and recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and closure of candidates.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research whenever required.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and documentation requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in an in-house/corporate recruitment environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and interview coordination.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
