Job summary

India Forge in Haryana is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across functions. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, build strong pipelines, and coordinate with department heads to ensure timely closures.

You will conduct competency-based assessments, drive training initiatives, and support employee engagement and performance development. A focus on continuous improvement and shop-floor practices is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Strong ability to map candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Exposure to VSA audits and Dojo audits with understanding of shop-floor practices.
