Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mumbai is seeking an HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. The role emphasizes talent reviews, succession planning, and building a high-performance culture through data-driven HR practices.

You will implement Training Need Analysis, drive L&D calendars, and manage engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and rewards frameworks while ensuring labour-law compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG in HR preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
• Ability to design and manage L&D calendars.
• Experience with HRIS/analytics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own employee engagement initiatives, surveys, wellness programs, and culture-building actions.
• Design and manage plant-level Rewards & Recognition frameworks.
• Ensure HR SOPs, labour law compliance, audits, and governance practices.
• Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and present people metrics to leadership.
• Coach line managers on people processes, discipline, and policy adherence.
