The role focuses on talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, internal mobility, and running the annual L&D calendar, while ensuring HR SOPs, compliance, and data-driven people metrics for leadership.

Qualifications

• MBA / PG in HR preferred.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for staff and workmen; ensure smooth onboarding and induction.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, and internal mobility for critical roles.
• Conduct Training Need Analysis and execute annual L&D calendar (technical, safety, leadership).
• Own employee engagement initiatives, surveys, wellness programs, and culture-building actions.
• Design and manage plant-level Rewards & Recognition frameworks.
• Ensure HR SOPs, labour law compliance, audits, and governance practices.
• Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and present people metrics to leadership.
• Coach line managers on people processes, discipline, and policy adherence.
