Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India seeks an HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for staff and workmen, ensuring smooth onboarding and induction. The role includes talent reviews, succession planning, internal mobility, and driving L&D initiatives.

The incumbent will own engagement programs, design rewards frameworks, ensure HR SOPs and compliance, and present people metrics to leadership. Strong HR background and MBA/PG in HR are preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG in HR is preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and governance.

• Coach line managers on people processes, discipline, and policy adherence.
