Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking an HR professional in Delhi to lead end-to-end recruitment for staff and workmen and oversee onboarding processes. The role involves talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, and driving internal mobility for critical roles to strengthen workforce capability.

You will conduct Training Need Analysis, implement the annual L&D calendar, and own employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and culture-building actions.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG in HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for staff and workmen; ensure smooth onboarding and induction.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, and internal mobility for critical roles.
• Conduct Training Need Analysis and execute annual L&D calendar (technical, safety, leadership).
• Own employee engagement initiatives, surveys, wellness programs, and culture-building actions.
• Design and manage plant-level Rewards & Recognition frameworks.
• Ensure HR SOPs, labour law compliance, audits, and governance practices.
• Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and present people metrics to leadership.
• Coach line managers on people processes, discipline, and policy adherence.
