Job summary

Meadows Wellness India is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance and HR documentation. You will coordinate with clinic and corporate teams for manpower needs, oversee employee engagement, performance and HR operations, and maintain HR records, policies and compliance.

The role also involves addressing employee grievances and day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment & HR operations.
• Ability to manage multiple locations/teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools preferred.
