Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Pune, India, seeks an HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for staff and workers, ensure onboarding and induction, and support workforce integration. You will drive talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, and internal mobility for critical roles, and conduct Training Need Analysis to calendar L&D initiatives focused on technical, safety and leadership skills.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for staff and workmen; ensure smooth onboarding and induction.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, and internal mobility for critical roles.
• Conduct Training Need Analysis and execute annual L&D calendar (technical, safety, leadership).
• Own employee engagement initiatives, surveys, wellness programs, and culture-building actions.
• Design and manage plant-level Rewards & Recognition frameworks.
• Ensure HR SOPs, labour law compliance, audits, and governance practices.
• Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and present people metrics to leadership.
• Coach line managers on people processes, discipline, and policy adherence.

Education

MBA/PG in HR preferred
