Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking an HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for staff and workmen, ensure smooth onboarding, and drive talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, and internal mobility. The role includes Training Need Analysis and executing the annual L&D calendar focusing on technical, safety, and leadership development.

You will own employee engagement initiatives and governance, including plant-level rewards frameworks.

Qualifications

• MBA / PG in HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage plant-level Rewards & Recognition frameworks.
• Ensure HR SOPs, labour law compliance, audits, and governance practices.
• Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and present people metrics to leadership.
• Coach line managers on people processes, discipline, and policy adherence.
