Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.

• Organize Training & Development programs.

• Ensure HR policy compliance and statutory documentation.
• Support internal and external HR audits.
• Manage HR MIS reports and employee documentation.
• Handle office administration and coordination.
• Manage visitor registration and visitor management.
• Coordinate with departments on HR and administrative activities.
• Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.
