• Plan and conduct learning & development activities and assess impact.
• Prepare and monitor HR budgets.
• Implement HR policies and ensure governance and compliance.
• Lead ISO, RC, TPM, ESG and internal audits.
• Drive employee engagement and HR calendar initiatives.

• Talent Acquisition & Induction Manage recruitment, onboarding and structured induction programs.
• Organizational Development & Talent Management Drive OD, succession planning and capability building.
• Employee Lifecycle Management Manage joining to exit including confirmations, promotions and F&F.
• Compensation & Benefits & Payroll Ensure payroll accuracy, benefits administration and compliance.
• Performance Management - Drive KRA/KPI setting, mid-year review and appraisal cycles.
• Learning & Development - Plan training calendar and conduct L&D impact assessment.
• HR Budgeting - Prepare and monitor HR budgets.
• HR Policy Implementation - Ensure governance and policy compliance.
