Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Recruit for Sales, Design, Costing, Production, Projects, Commissioning, Service, Stores, Commercial, and Workshop functions.
• Map competitors and identify talent from alternate industries.
• Coordinate with line managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain employee records, recruitment MIS, and HR documentation.
• Prepare offer, appointment, confirmation, increment etc.
• Ensure timely updating of employee records from joining to exit.
• Prepare recruitment reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Maintain HR documents and records as per IMS requirements.
