Job summary

SilverLines HR is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple positions across corporate and plant levels. You will source candidates via portals, references, LinkedIn and recruitment agencies, screen and shortlist profiles, and coordinate interviews with department heads.

You will also maintain trackers and assist with onboarding documentation, ensuring timely closure of roles.

• Conduct initial HR screening and salary discussions.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
