Job summary

Navlakha Management Services is seeking an experienced HR Talent Acquisition lead to drive end-to-end recruitment for a pharmaceutical organization. The role will develop talent acquisition strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely closure of positions with quality and compliance.

You will lead manpower planning, budgeting, and recruitment targets while partnering with business heads and hiring managers across corporate, manufacturing, R&D, quality, regulatory, and sales functions.

• Lead and mentor TA team and deliver MIS dashboards.

The role will be responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies, managing critical hiring across functions, building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, manufacturing, R&D, quality, regulatory, sales, and other pharma functions.
• Develop and execute effective Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Manage Manpower Planning, budgeting, and recruitment targets.
• Handle hiring for mid-level to senior management positions.
• Build strong talent pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and other channels.
• Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Manage recruitment agencies and external vendors, including negotiations and performance monitoring.
• Conduct screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations, offer management, and joining follow-ups.
• Track recruitment TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and closure rates.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pool for critical pharma positions.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, employee referral programs, and talent engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and present recruitment MIS and dashboards to senior management.
• Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
