Job summary

Dishman Carbogen Amcis is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional in Ahmedabad to manage end-to-end recruitment across functions. You will source candidates, screen, interview, and handle offers and onboarding while coordinating campus drives and recruitment events.

You will build pipelines, support employer branding, and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards. Strong stakeholder management and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment reporting.
• Working knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
