Job summary

Next Education India is seeking a Senior HR Executive Recruitment in Hyderabad to independently manage end-to-end recruitment. You will drive sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer negotiations, and ensure successful joining.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Hiring Managers, building pipelines, and maintaining recruitment trackers to close multiple roles efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• End-to-end recruitment and sourcing experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
• Strong ownership and candidate closure skills.
