Job summary

Exemed is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business functions. You will drive sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management to ensure timely closures.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in pharma or healthcare, with exposure to senior-level hiring and strategic hiring initiatives. You will partner with leaders to design capability pipelines and optimize interview

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industry will be preferred.
• Exposure to corporate and senior-level hiring will be an added advantage.
