Role & responsibilities

• Ability to generate Payroll
• Hands‑on Experience in Statutory compliance
• Able to handle labour office activities.
• Need to handle Attendance & Leave Management independently
• Total Employee Involvement, i.e., Kaizen, 5S Improvement, Quality circle, Safety improvement.
• Ability to Manage Contract labour management (Monthly Attendance, PF, ESI, Following up with Bills PR,PO Raising through Oracle).
• Manpower Management.
• Ability to provide trainings and conduct morning meeting with employees.
• Should have experience with Advanced Excel, HRMS software, Time office function software.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA graduate with 6+ Years of experience as Manufacturing Plant HR.
• Languages Known: Kannada, Hindi, and English are mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu and Tamil will be an added advantage/preferred.
