Job summary

Indo- Mim in Renigunta, Tirupati is seeking an Executive HR & IR (male) to lead day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant. You will manage attendance and payroll for 1000+ employees with strong MS Excel and HRMS skills.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a regular MHRM or MBA (HR) with Labour Laws & IR, and adherence to labour regulations. Females need not apply; age up to 30, CTC 3.6–4.8 LPA with up to ₹30,000 take-home and ₹35,000 annual bonus.

Executive HR & IR | Manufacturing Plant (only Male)

Location: Renigunta -Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh
Industry: Manufacturing / Plant Operations
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Qualification: Regular MHRM (Master of human Resource Management) / Regular MBA (HR) with Labour Laws & Industrial Relations as a mandatory subject
Gender: Only Male
Age: Not more than 30 years
CTC: 3.6 to 4.8 LPA
Take-home: Maximum up to 30,000/month
Annual Bonus: 35,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations at plant level.
• Handle Attendance & Payroll for a workforce of 1000+ employees mandatory experience.
• Experience in Payroll processing through MS Excel / HRMS software will be an added advantage.
• Handle plant-level manpower issues and employee grievances.
• Manage statutory compliances and returns including PF, ESI, Annual Returns and Contract Labour compliance.
• Handle Contract Labour Management and Industrial Relations (IR).
• Manage NAPS / NATS / Contract Labour activities.
• Support manpower deployment, employee relations and HR administration.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce-related data.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and data-handling skills.

Technical skills:

Good working knowledge of MS Excel is required, particularly:

VLOOKUP
HLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
HR/Manpower Data Analysis & Reporting
Payroll-related Excel Reports

Experience working with HRMS / Payroll Software will be an added advantage.
