Qualifications

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, requirements.
• Handle contractor labour compliance and statutory audits.
• Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance records.
• Support employee relaons, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
• Liaise with government authories for labour law compliance and inspecons.

Qualificaon: Graduate/MBA/MSW in HR

Experience: 4-5 years in HR, preferably in Infrastructure, Construcon, or Manufacturing Industry.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, Industrial Relaons, and Statutory Compliance.
• Hands-on experience in handling EPF, ESIC, BOCW, CLRA, Payroll, and Labour Compliance.
• Experience in Manufacturing and Infrastructure/Construcon sectors preferred.
