Job summary

ZIMLog is seeking an experienced Sales Personnel to identify and educate potential customers about ZIM services, secure new business, and achieve sales targets. The role requires 6-8 years of sales experience in the shipping industry and proven ability to close complex negotiations.

Fluency in English with Hindi/Marathi skills is preferred. You will build market plans, manage customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 6-8 years in sales, shipping industry experience mandatory.
• Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi preferred.
• Proven ability to close contracts and negotiate complex deals.
• Experience developing markets and recruiting new customers.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new potential customers in market & educating ZIM service & working procedures then securing their biz.
• Achieving the sales targets, fixed by commercial team.
• Updating Pre-plan & post plan sales visit with customer feedback in CRM
• Preparing biz plan whenever required by commercial team to identify new sectors with market potential
• Retaining existing customers with ZIM service.
• Identifying new potential customer & securing their cargo into ZIM.
• Achieving Teus & revenue targets as set by SM.
• Achieve Account owner target per month as decided by company.

Requirements

You will need to have :

• Academic Education: Graduate.
• Language – English and Hindi/Marathi.
• Experience - 6-8 years.
• Shipping Industry experience is mandatory
• Sales experience is a must
• Proven experience in managing complex negotiations and closing contracts.
• Experience in developing markets and recruiting new customers.
