Qualifications

• Proficient in RCA, problem-solving, and process adherence.
• Knowledge of SOPs, safety, quality and audit standards.

Responsibilities

Senior Executive – Operations | Sort Center

Role Summary

Own and manage an assigned department within the Sort Center , ensuring smooth end-to-end operations, productivity, quality, SLA adherence, manpower utilization, and timely execution of daily business plans.

Key Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of the assigned department and manage daily shift operations.

Lead the team and ensure effective manpower deployment, productivity, and performance .

Plan resources and capacity based on volume/CAP fluctuations and operational requirements.

Monitor key metrics including SLA, CPT, productivity, quality, throughput and process adherence .

Ensure adherence to SOP, safety, quality, compliance and audit standards .

Identify operational gaps, conduct RCA , and drive corrective/preventive actions.

Drive process improvement, Kaizen and cost optimization initiatives.

Manage shift handovers, daily reviews and operational escalations .

Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of shipments.

Monitor manpower availability, absenteeism, training and team performance .

Ensure timely resolution of customer, vehicle and operational escalations .

Maintain a safe, disciplined and positive workplace while driving team engagement and ownership.
