Deputy Manager – Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse, sortation, and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Lead teams and drive performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Plan manpower, shifts, and operational capacity based on business volumes.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, quality, and operational standards .
• Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational performance through data analysis.
• Identify operational gaps and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage stakeholders across internal teams, vendors, and business partners.
• Optimize processes and resources to improve efficiency and control operating costs.
• Monitor quality performance and implement measures to reduce errors and process deviations.
• Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and present operational MIS, dashboards, and performance reviews to management.
• Drive capacity planning and ensure readiness for peak volumes.
• Build a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance management
