In-person work location at Thiru-vi-ka Industrial Estate. Role focuses on statutory compliance, payroll support, and IR functions with 3+ years of experience. MBA HR/MSW/Any Graduate with relevant HR exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in statutory compliance, IR & HR.
• Good knowledge of Labour Laws, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and Factory HR.
• Experience with PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and related statutory processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and statutory requirements.
• PF & ESIC registration, challans & remittance, PT, LWF and grievances handling.
• Manage contract labour, attendance, wages and blue collar deployment.
• License registrations & renewals, vendor management for contract labour.
• Support payroll, attendance, OT, salary revisions and employee benefits.
• Handle grievances, IR issues and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare HR MIS and manpower reports; assist audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factories Act, and statutory requirements.
• PF & ESIC registration, challans & remittance, PT, LWF, resolve grievances, EDLI, etc
• Manage contract labour, contractor compliance, attendance, wages, & blue collars deployment.
• License registration & renewals
• Vendor Management for contract labour
• Supporting for payroll, attendance, OT, LOP, salary revisions, and employee benefits.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, employee welfare & IR issues.
• Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, and support statutory/internal audits.

Requirements

• 3+yrs of experience in Statutory compliance, IR & HR
• MBA HR / MSW / Any Graduate with relevant HR & IR experience.
