Job summary

Walplast Products in Ankleshwar, Gujarat seeks an experienced HR/IR professional with 4+ years in HR, IR and statutory compliance to drive daily HR operations, attendance, leave management, grievances, and employee engagement.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities, induction and exit interviews, plus documentation, audits, plant safety, and compliance with PF/ESIC/LWF/Contract Labour Act, coordinating with consultants and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in HR/IR/Statutory Compliances/Admin.
• Specialization in HR/IR/MSW required.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Knowledge of HR Practices/Processes/Generalist profile.
• Manage attendance, leaves, grievances, engagement and monthly HR reports.
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and joining formalities.
• Induction, exit interviews, documentation and audit accuracy.
• Factory safety compliance and general administration.
• PF, ESIC, LWF, WC, Contract Labour Act compliance for onroll/offroll/contract labour.
• Coordinate with consultants for legal factory registrations/ renewals and with govt officials for inspections and notices.
• Handle Industrial Relations matters and court-related activities.

Role & responsibilities

Candidates should have a minimum of 4-5 years experience in HR/IR/Statutory Compliances/Admin.

• The minimum qualification should be specialization in HR/IR/MSW.
• Well versed in communication of English & local language.
• Candidates have good knowledge about HR Practices/Processes/HR Generalist Profile.
• Candidate will run daily functioning of the Human Resources activities i.e. Attendance, leave management, employee's grievances, employee engagement, prepare monthly reports as per HR guidelines.
• Handling HR operations for Manpower planning, Recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities of new joiners, new hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and audit accuracy, factory compliances and administrative part.
• Handling Safety Compliances and general administration of plant.
• Handling Compliances i.e. PF, ESIC, LWF, WC, Contract Labour Act of onroll, offroll and Contract Labours.
• Coordination with consultant for any legal factory compliance registrations and renewals.
• Coordination with govt officials for lesioning work, inspections and legal notice
• Handling Industrial Relations matters, attending Court Cases etc.
