Job summary

Acme Services is seeking an HR Compliance professional to manage statutory compliance, labour law requirements, employee documentation, and compliance reporting.

The role involves handling PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, bonus, and labour welfare fund, ensuring timely filings and maintaining compliance records, with close coordination with payroll and government authorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR statutory/labour compliance.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, bonus and Labour Laws.
• Experience in statutory filings, audits and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, and Labour Welfare Fund.
• Ensure timely statutory filings, returns, registrations, and renewals.
• Maintain statutory registers and employee compliance records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and Shops & Establishments regulations.
• Coordinate with payroll, accounts, consultants, and government authorities on compliance matters.
• Support labour audits, inspections, and statutory assessments.
• Monitor compliance related to minimum wages, working hours, leave, overtime, and employee benefits.
• Ensure POSH compliance and maintain relevant documentation.
• Prepare compliance MIS, trackers, and reports.
• Stay updated on changes in labour laws and ensure necessary process updates.
