Qualifications

• MBA in HR – mandatory.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR Compliance / Statutory Compliance / Documentation Audit.
• Plant/factory/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
• Good documentation and audit-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit HR statutory records, employee files and compliance registers.
• Ensure compliance with Factories Act, CLRA, EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Bonus and Gratuity.
• Manage contract labour and vendor compliance documentation.
• Coordinate statutory inspections, labour audits and internal audits.
• Verify attendance, wage records and statutory filings.
• Close audit observations and prepare compliance MIS/reports.
