Job summary

Jaguar Security Services in Noida seeks a Labour Law & Statutory Compliance specialist to ensure adherence to labour laws, maintain statutory registers, file returns, and manage registrations. You will handle payroll-related compliance and audits, coordinate with PF/ESI, and support vendor and employee management.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, 3–8 years in statutory labour compliance, and knowledge of central/state labour laws. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA (HR) with 3–8 years experience in statutory labour compliance.
• Strong understanding of central & state labour laws and statutory compliance processes.
• Must have experience in payroll processing, EPF, ESI, labour law compliances, statutory filings, Professional Tax and manpower/security industry payroll may be considered.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and statutory portals (PF, ESI, CLRA).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle audits, inspections, and labour department interactions independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor and employee management; conduct audits and ensure welfare and social security coverage.

Labour Law & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws including the Factory Act, Contract Labour (R&A) Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other related Acts.
• Handle statutory compliance related to wages, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and registration matters.
• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns and maintain prescribed registers and records under various state labour laws.
• Maintain Attendance & Leave records as per the Shops and Establishment Act.
• Maintain Muster Roll cum Wages Register as per the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.
• Handle all statutory compliance-related queries and inspections from Labour, PF, and ESI departments.
• Attend to legal notices and represent the company before labour authorities, courts, or tribunals as needed.
• Manage and maintain all registers and documentation under the Contract Labour Regulation Act (CLRA), 1970.
• Obtain and renew labour licenses and contractor registrations as required.

Employee & Vendor Management

• Oversee contract labour compliance and conduct vendor compliance audits.
• Manage employee PF withdrawals, transfers, and UAN/KYC updates.
• Process ESIC claims and ensure timely benefit disbursement.
• Address employee grievances and ensure welfare and social security coverage.

Payroll & Statutory Filings

• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with statutory norms.
• File returns for Professional Tax and Income Tax within specified timelines.
• Maintain monthly PF, ESI challans, ECRs, and payment confirmations.

Training & Development

• Prepare and implement a training calendar (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly) for team members and site managers.
• Conduct training sessions to educate stakeholders on statutory compliance and labour laws.

Succession Planning & Non-Statutory Benefits

• Identify and develop successors within the compliance team.
• Strategize and improve non-statutory benefit systems for better employee engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / MBA (HR) with 3 to 8 years experience in statutory labour compliance (preferably in the security or manpower outsourcing industry).
• Strong understanding of central & state labour laws and statutory compliance processes.
• Must have relevant experience in payroll processing, EPF, ESIC, labour law compliances, statutory filings, Professional Tax and manpower/security industry payroll may be considered.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and statutory portals (PF, ESI, CLRA).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle audits, inspections, and labour department interactions independently.

Salary : 35k - 45k CTC
