Job summary

Hikvision India is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide Level 2 support for end-users, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. You will install, configure, and maintain Windows OS on desktops and laptops, and troubleshoot common software such as Outlook and printer setup.

Hardware replacement or repair may be required. You will collaborate with the team to resolve escalated issues.
