Job summary

Team Computers Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad seeks an IT Support Specialist to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows clients, manage Office 365, and resolve network and printer issues.

You will handle VIP users, maintain security with antivirus, and provide end-user assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. Strong communication is essential; familiarity with SLA-driven ticketing is expected.

Qualifications

• Windows client installation, configuration and troubleshooting (Windows 7/8/8.1/10).
• Office 365 administration and basic email troubleshooting.
• Network connectivity troubleshooting in LAN/WAN.
• Printer installation and troubleshooting (local and network).
• MS-Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
• Virus/malware remediation and antivirus updates.
• VIP user handling and IT queries resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and resolve tickets per SLA.
• Add clients to domain and resolve related issues.
• Support for hardware and software on HP, DELL, Lenovo laptops.
• Perform preventive maintenance on assets every 6 months.

• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of Windows clients like Windows 7, Windows 8 & 8.1 and Windows 10
• Office 365 Administration
• Troubleshooting Network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
• Install, configure & maintain network services, equipment and devices.
• Printer Installation and Troubleshooting of both local and network printers.
• Hands-on experience in MS-Outlook configuration & Troubleshooting.
• Malware/Computer virus remediation by Antivirus installation and patch updates implementation.
• Taking care of IT related queries, working with SIRT and resolving the same relevant to the area of concern.
• Providing End user support in order to facilitate operational flow.
• Supporting for HP, DELL and Lenovo laptops for Both Hardware and software process
• Performing Preventative maintenance activities for every 6 months to monitor the asset details for Desktop.
• Involved in maintaining and resolving tickets as per the SLA.
• Adding clients to Domain and resolving related issues.
• Experience in VIP users handling
