Job summary

CMS It Services in Chandigarh is seeking a IT support professional to provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage IT assets. You will install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, and assist in IT project rollouts.

The role requires hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and basic network concepts, plus familiarity with Windows and macOS OS installations. On-site work in Chandigarh is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience configuring LAN/WAN and IP addressing.
• Knowledge of OS installations (Windows and macOS).
• Experience with hardware peripherals and asset inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues and perform network configuration tasks such as IP addressing and routing.
• Configure Outlook email clients and manage IT hardware assets.

• Network support L1: IP config, MAC binding, basic troubleshooting.

Roles and Responsibilities
