Job summary

Futurism Technologies in Baner, Pune (Office-based) is hiring a Business Development Executive / Sr. BDE for US night shift. The role focuses on lead generation in the US market, cold calling, and end-to-end sales of IT services.

You will schedule demos, qualify prospects, and maintain CRM while building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has 1–8+ years of IT sales experience and is willing to work night hours from Baner, Pune.

Location: Baner, Pune (Work From Office)

Experience: 1-8+Years

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)-6.00PM-3.00AM

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the US market through LinkedIn, Cold calling, End to End sales, email campaigns, and other channels.
  
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services/solutions.
  
• Schedule appointments and product demos for the Sales/Technical team.
  
• Maintain and update CRM regularly.
  
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and nurture the sales funnel.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
