Job summary

Intelligenie Software in Hyderabad is seeking a bench sales professional to market IT consultants to US clients, vendors, and partners. You will develop relationships and submit qualified consultants for C2C, W2, and contract roles.

The role requires 2+ years in US IT staffing, strong negotiation and follow-up skills, and familiarity with LinkedIn, Dice, and job boards. You will coordinate with Recruiting, Sales, and Account Management teams to maximize placements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Staffing.
• Strong experience in marketing IT consultants, vendor management, and placement closures.
• Hands-on experience with C2C, W2, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire requirements.
• Good knowledge of US work authorizations, IT technologies, vendor networks, Dice, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills with a target-driven mindset.

Role & responsibilities

• Market and promote IT consultants on bench to potential clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and client partners to generate placement opportunities.
• Identify suitable C2C, W2, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire requirements and submit qualified consultants.
• Market consultants through vendor networks, LinkedIn, job boards, email campaigns, and other sourcing channels.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors and clients to maximize placement opportunities.
• Manage the recruitment process from requirement identification and submission through interviews and placement closure.
• Maintain and update consultant profiles, availability, skill sets, resumes, and marketing information.
• Follow up regularly with vendors and recruiters regarding submissions, interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Build and maintain a strong vendor/client database and professional network.
• Coordinate with Recruiting, Sales, and Account Management teams to maximize consultant placements.
• Track requirements, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements and provide regular recruitment reports.
