Job summary

MindQuest Technology Solutions LLC seeks a results-driven US Bench Sales Recruiter with 3–5 years in US bench sales or IT staffing. You will market bench consultants to US clients, manage vendor relationships, and drive placements across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of US Bench Sales, Bench Marketing or US IT Staffing experience.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and bench sales process.
• Experience with direct clients, implementation partners and tier-1 vendors.
• Experience marketing consultants under W2, C2C and 1099 models.
• Knowledge of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD and US Citizens.
• Hands-on use of Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder and Indeed.

Job Title: US Bench Sales Recruiter ( 3-5 Years)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and performance-oriented US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and placing bench consultants across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities with direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors throughout the United States. The recruiter will build strong client relationships, generate placement opportunities, and ensure maximum utilization of bench resources while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors across the US.
• Identify suitable contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time requirements that match consultants' skills and experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and implementation partners to generate consistent business opportunities.
• Negotiate billing rates, pay rates, and contract terms with clients and vendors.
• Coordinate interviews, client submissions, feedback, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain regular communication with bench consultants regarding project status, availability, and market opportunities.
• Ensure consultants' resumes are updated and customized according to client requirements.
• Track daily marketing activities, submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, consultant profiles, and placement activities in ATS/CRM systems.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and placement targets while ensuring high consultant utilization.
• Stay updated on market trends, technology demands, and client hiring requirements across the US staffing industry.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, employment regulations, and contractual agreements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in US Bench Sales, Bench Marketing, or US IT Staffing.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and bench sales process.
• Proven experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, and tier-1 vendors.
• Experience marketing consultants under W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models.
• Good understanding of US work authorization categories including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and US Citizens.
• Hands-on experience using job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong ability to build vendor networks and generate placement opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing consultants in technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, ERP, and Data Analytics.
• Established network of implementation partners, staffing vendors, and direct clients.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools for consultant and client management.
• Proven track record of successful consultant placements and achieving monthly revenue targets.
