Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in US IT bench sales.
• Proven record of successful consultant placements.

• Good knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, US visas, and US time zones.
• Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, TechFetch, and vendor portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete bench sales cycle from onboarding to placement.
• Market consultants via job portals, LinkedIn, vendor contacts and campaigns.
• Negotiate pay rates, terms, and payment conditions.
• Coordinate submissions, interviews, documentation, onboarding and placement.
• Maintain records of submissions and placements and guide junior recruiters.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage the complete bench sales cycle, from consultant onboarding to placement.
2. Market consultants through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor contacts, email campaigns, and personal networks.
3. Identify suitable contract opportunities based on consultants technical skills and experience.
4. Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
5. Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, contract terms, and payment conditions.
6. Coordinate consultant submissions, interviews, documentation, onboarding, and placement.
7. Develop effective marketing strategies for different technologies and visa categories.
8. Review and improve consultants resumes according to market requirements.
9. Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements, and vendor communication.
10. Guide junior recruiters and support the team in achieving placement targets.
11. Monitor market trends and identify new vendor and client opportunities.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and US staffing procedures
