Role Description

The SAP Specialized Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities for related technology roles, working on-site from the Chennai office in a contract position. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical and panel discussions, and managing the recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer closure. The role will involve close collaboration with hiring managers, consulting teams, and clients to understand skill requirements, project demands, and workforce plans. The recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, use recruitment tools and platforms, and ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to company policies and timelines. The position also includes maintaining accurate recruitment reports and contributing to continuous improvement of IT recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing full recruitment cycles for SAP and IT roles.
• Hands-on IT Recruitment experience, including sourcing, shortlisting, and talent pipeline management for technical and consulting positions.
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques, including competency-based and technical screening, with the ability to assess both skills and cultural fit.
• Consulting mindset, with the ability to partner with stakeholders, understand business needs, and advise on talent strategies and market trends.
• Experience recruiting for SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, MM, SD, ABAP, Basis, S/4HANA) or comparable enterprise application roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Prior experience in an on-site recruitment role and exposure to consulting or technology services environments is preferred.
