Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client interviews and communicate feedback in a timely manner.

• Work with Team Leads to understand hiring requirements and meet targets.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and prepare recruitment MIS reports.
• Ensure timely closure of requirements while maintaining quality.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in SAP and IT technology hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and final placement.
• Source and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and database mining.
• Conduct candidate screening, cold calling, initial assessments, and profile submissions.
• Coordinate client interviews and ensure timely collection and communication of interview feedback.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, including offer negotiation, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
• Work closely with Team Leads and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and prepare recruitment/MIS reports.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements while maintaining candidate quality.

SAP Technologies / Modules

Hands-on recruitment experience in one or more of the following SAP areas:

SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM/WM, QM, PM, Basis, Security/GRC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, Fiori, CPI/PI-PO, BW/BI, SAC, MDG, TM, IBP, APO, CO, PS.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment / SAP Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good cold-calling, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within tight deadlines.
• Strong candidate relationship management skills.
