Job summary

Dasro in Bengaluru is hiring an IT Recruiter SAP & CRM with extensive experience to lead end-to-end recruitment for SAP and CRM technologies onsite at our Bengaluru office.

You will source candidates via Naukri and LinkedIn, screen for technical fit, coordinate interviews, and drive offers and onboarding while collaborating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Recruit for SAP and CRM technology positions.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, location, notice period, compensation.
• Coordinate technical interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer negotiations and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for SAP and CRM skill sets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate status in the ATS.
• Work closely with hiring managers, delivery teams, and account teams.
• Achieve assigned sourcing, submission, interview, and closure targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 23 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably with strong exposure to SAP and CRM technology hiring.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, including requirement understanding, candidate sourcing, technical screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.

The candidate should be comfortable sourcing niche technical profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels and should have a good understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring for SAP technologies.
• Exposure to CRM technology recruitment.
• Strong hands‑on sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong candidate screening and interview coordination skills.
• Good communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Willingness to work onsite from the Bengaluru office.
