Lulu Group International is seeking an experienced IT recruiter with a focus on SAP to manage end-to-end recruitment across IT and SAP roles. You will source candidates through job portals and coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.

You will screen and assess candidates, maintain trackers, build SAP talent pipelines, and negotiate offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in SAP recruitment.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules.
• Hands-on sourcing across portals.
• Excellent screening and interviewing skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in offer negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and SAP positions.
• Source candidates through job portals.
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, technical panels, and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing SAP hiring requirements.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in SAP recruitment.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical modules.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, and other portals.
• Excellent screening and interviewing skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in offer negotiation and candidate engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
