Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for IT roles, with specialized experience in SAP requirements across various modules, development languages, and other technical IT positions. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams by partnering with hiring managers to understand complex technical needs and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, create detailed job postings, and develop recruitment strategies for IT positions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for SAP-related roles, including modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and others like ABAP, S/4HANA, or SuccessFactors.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for other IT requirements, including software engineers, data analysts, cloud architects (e.g., AWS, Azure), cybersecurity specialists, DevOps engineers, and IT project managers.
• Utilize various sourcing channels like LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Conduct technical assessments, reference checks, and salary negotiations to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends, SAP advancements, and emerging development technologies to advise on talent strategies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, diversity initiatives, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (IT background preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 1 year focused on SAP requirements and different modules (e.g., experience filling roles in SAP implementations, upgrades, or customizations).
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for development languages and frameworks, such as sourcing developers skilled in Java for enterprise applications or Python for data science roles.
• Proven track record in handling diverse IT requirements, including non-SAP roles like AI/ML engineers, network administrators, or ERP specialists.
• Strong understanding of technical terminologies, IT skill sets, and market trends to evaluate candidate fit effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday, Taleo, or Lever, and recruitment tools (e.g., Boolean search techniques).
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
